India complaints US about visas and social security entrap

The government of India has gone back to well-known headline making mourn that the fees which was slapped for the visa by the US on skilled foreign employees H-1B visas are biased towards IT experts from India, even as the US is bend on screening that a big number of certain visas are cornered by those whose target is to assist the Indian citizens immigrate to the US.

The sticky issue of the H-1B visas once again featured in dialogues when Indian finance minister met with the trade representative of the US Michael Froman for discussing a raft of controversial matters that includes agreement of tantalization which India has been striving for. 

The agreement says returning the money to Indian employees, they had paid for system of social security that is lost if they go back to India without setting up PR.

India has said that the professionals from India has paid additional than $25 million towards funds for social security over the previous ten years even as obtaining the PR has become difficult.

India has sent a strong message on the visa fee matter considering that the citizens from India are the leading recipients of foreign skilled worker visa and are impacted by the decision of imposing a special fee of $4,500 on H-1B and L-1 visas popular among IT firms of India for funding act of health care and system of biometric tracking.

India has threatened to take this matter to WTO, which few US IT firms also back this decision due to shortage of high skilled employees.
