This time, the minimum score under CRS has been increased by 316 points and the number of invitations has decreased by 1868, compared to the 47th Express Entry draw that occurred  on 16th November 2016

This was the 25th draw in the year 2016 and 48th draw since January 2015, when it was first started. The Canada Express Entry System is one of the popular methods for acquiring a Canadian PR, in which the selection of aspirants  is based on the points accumulated by them under CRS.

Hence, applicants who have a low score under CRS should try applying through the  Provincial Nomination Program to boost their chances of success in the pool.

In the year 2016, a total number of 28968 Invitations to Apply were issued to successful aspirants. Observing the previous Express Entry draws by IRCC will help increase your chances of getting selected for Canada PR. It is the right time to apply, as the Canadian Government plans to welcome more number of immigrants by the end of 2016.
